Trading as Zenory offers refunds for the following events:

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Any request for a refund of prepaid credit must be directed by email to support@zenory.co.nz Each request must include full details of the credit requested and whether the Customer wishes to receive the refund of pre paid credit by charge back to the Customer’s credit card or by check made out to the Customer.

1.2 Any request for a refund of session charges must be made within 48 hours of the session ending and must be directed to support@zenory.co.nz All requests must outline the reasons the Customer is seeking the refund. A $40 administration fee may apply for all investigations, which will be refunded if Zenory considers the complaint reasonable. The Customer is limited to a maximum of $10.00 credit per claim. Every refund, in part or in full, is at the sole discretion of Zenory and is final. All refunds will be credited to the customers debit card or credit card. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

1.3 The Customer should note that any attempt to defraud Zenory for incorrect charges will incur a further administration fee, the amount varying depending on the individual case, and a report may be filed to the relevant agencies.

1.4 Refunds can not exceed the equivalent value of a 15 minute consultation.

1.5 A maximum of three (3) refunds to your account before your account is terminated.
